Angela Klees Art

As an individual who is passionate about both art and mental health, I feel fortunate to have a career that allows me to merge both of these interests. My mission in life is to assist others in recognizing and experiencing the therapeutic advantages of art. I take great pleasure in creating a setting for people where they can nurture their creativity and concurrently work on their inner peace.

My journey to my current purpose began in my childhood, which was marked by numerous traumatic experiences. I did not feel secure either at home or in school, and the only place where I felt safe and purposeful was in my art class. My art teacher had no idea how much of an impact he had on my life, as art class was truly my therapy.

As I grew older, I distanced myself from art, believing that I was not good enough. It was not until I was diagnosed with a rare autoimmune condition that I picked up a paintbrush again. Realising the healing benefits of art, I decided to pursue certification in Therapeutic Art. And now, here I am, fulfilling my purpose by assisting others in experiencing the therapeutic benefits of art.
