What you'll do
Be prepared to add some sparkle into your life with this beginner-friendly crystal geode resin workshop in Dulwich Hill.Learn how to make a crystal artwork using epoxy resin as well as how to work safely with resin. You'll have hands-on practice learning how to prepare a workspace, mix correctly, colour with pigments and paint and pour onto decorative pieces. You will be guided on how to create gorgeous patterns using movement and heat.Choose from a range of complementary colours and pigments and embellish with a range of real crystals, stunning sparkles and glitters. By the end of the class, you will have a 30 x 30 cm Crystal-inspired geode artwork ready to pick up after 24 hours (once the resin has cured).Our teachers are artists and will be on hand to assist you with choosing colours as well as the perfect crystals to match.This workshop is perfect if you're searching for creative things to do in Sydney.

My name is Jen and I am passionate about encouraging creativity in students of all ages. Creative Kids Co was founded 11 years ago as a way to encourage and guide children through their own artistic journeys. I am also the co-creator of IMOK (Art, T-shirts & Design), established in 2004, which opened up the door to commission and exhibit my own artworks, complete illustrations for a series of books, as well as sell my wares at design markets nationwide. I have also held live art demonstrations and was the featured artist with US Surf/Skate Company Volcom. My current passion is working with resin and urban illustration.
