In this workshop, you will learn techniques for drawing beautiful gemstones using coloured pencils to create a realistic effect. It is easier than you think, and you quite possibly have all the materials needed to get started. We will concentrate more on the gems, although I will also give you some ideas for simple Zentangle "jewellery-like" settings.If you choose to purchase the materials kit, please keep in mind that it may take some time to reach you from Sydney. I am a Certified Zentangle Teacher (CZT). I have been tangling for about 10 years and teaching for over 7 years. Zentangle is an easy-to-learn, fun and relaxing way to create beautiful images by drawing repeated structured patterns. No artistic ability is required. If you can hold a pen and write your name you are half way there. There are no mistakes in Zentangle, so you can’t get it wrong.
