Hi, I’m Eloise Tomkins. We were a small group of women seated in a circle on the floor. Psychologist, Eloise calmly guided us through each stage of the session creating a non judgemental and safe environment. There were reflective moments where we were each invited to freely express our thoughts. I did leave somewhat centred and relaxed.
