Fay Kalinak is a professional calligrapher who is passionate about helping people express their inner creativity through the beauty and art of calligraphy. A true "words of affirmation" person, she believes in the power of writing often and openly to the people in her life to remind them how cared for they are. She is on a mission to help others do the same through learning a new skill!

Fay enjoys working on bespoke studio-based commission pieces and also offers live calligraphy and engraving services to brands looking to create authentic, delightful connections with their clients. When she is not busy writing, Fay also enjoys experimenting with other art forms including painting, music and interior styling.

Totally enjoyed the class! I l’ve always been keen to learn brush calligraphy & I couldn’t have met a more talented, passionate and patient teacher in Fay! She’s very encouraging even when my initial attempts looked more like squiggles from a toddler (thanks Fay!) & provided nonstop guidance. It’s so good to be able to rekindle the art of writing, using the side of my brain & hand-eye coordination that I’ve not used for a long time no thanks to our highly digitalised life! Fay provides all the materials and information to get us started so it’s truly just bring yourself & get ready for a fun and therapeutic ride!
