Food and language are fundamental aspects of my workshops and classes, as well as our daily lives. When we blend food and conversation in my workshops, it often helps people to relax and connect more than they might in other settings. I take great pride in the deep connections that participants form over food during these sessions, fostering even richer conversations. Additionally, I am proud of the inclusive atmosphere we create, embracing all cultures, countries, and viewpoints through our shared culinary experiences.
Please know that, like you, I do not tolerate racism or discrimination. I understand that navigating societal changes can be challenging, which we discussed in the workshop you attended.
