Intimate Workshop

Intimate is a 2-hour monthly online experiential workshop dedicated to cultivating a deeper connection to your body, increasing your overall confidence, and enhancing intimacy with yourself and all of life.It is an opportunity for you to soften into your body, to fully receive yourself, and come home to yourself.Each workshop will be a mix of guided meditation, embodiment practices, and connection practices with self and others.This is for you if:

• You spend most of your time operating mostly from your mind, constantly on the go and not having a lot of time to yourself.
• You don't have much or any deep intimacy in your life, or if you do, it's not what you are desiring.
• You don't have a great connection or relationship with yourself and would love to improve on this for yourself.
• You have a negative perception of your body and how it looks in certain clothing e.g. lingerie or tight-fitting clothing.
• You don't feel confident in who you are or how you show up in the world.

And you want or desire to:

• Connect with and learn to develop and create a relationship with yourself.
• Become confident in wearing the tight-fitting clothing and sexy lingerie.
• Learn how to meet yourself and feel your emotions safely.
• Create deep intimacy with yourself first and foremost.
• Learn to accept and love who you are.

Meet your Facilitator:Caitlin Rose is a visionary photographer, facilitator, and a trauma-informed coach dedicated to empowering female-identifying individuals to feel more Safe, Confident, and Sexy in their own skin.With a focus on improving body image and cultivating deeper intimacy with themselves and all of life, Caitlin draws on her profound exploration of Neo-Tantric and embodiment practices spanning over five years.Combining her expertise in Photography, Coaching, and hosting in-person Events, Caitlin engages in transformative 1:1 work with her clients. Her mission is to guide women and gender-diverse individuals on a journey of profound self-discovery, helping them forge deeper connections with their bodies, their own sensuality, intimacy with themselves, and their unique essence.No prior experience is necessary as it will be a fully guided workshop, and it will be an opportunity for you to meet yourself wherever you may be on your journey.These workshops will run via Zoom, in which a link will be sent to you a week prior, as well as anything that you may need to bring along with you.If you have any questions prior, please don't hesitate to reach out to me before.
