Perfect for any event, from bridal shower and hens night, birthday party, corporate team building, or simply a crafternoon with friends, we’ll cater to you. Enjoy your personalised experience in the comfort of your location with all the materials and tools provided. In collaboration with local businesses, we also provide morning or afternoon tea, at your convenience!

In this workshop, you will learn from an experienced creator and be guided every step of the process. In half a day, you will learn about crepe paper preparation, techniques to shape the petals, how to construct the flower and foliage assembly.

Indulge in a delightful break with the delicious locally made morning or afternoon tea and refreshments provided. Take a moment to relax and socialise with fellow classmates or your loved ones!

At the end of the workshop, you will have your handcrafted rose to cherish or gift. With the templates, skills, and experience to make more flowers, relax and know you've nurtured your creativity on your break down South!

Trixie Primrose is the creator of The Paper Primrose, based on the Lands of the Dharwal People. Born out of the desire to offer a sustainable alternative to the fleeting nature of fresh blooms, The Paper Primrose specialises in the creation of life-like floral arrangements crafted from crepe paper.

Trixie’s vision began with a childhood spent at the family florist and many afternoons embracing the art around her through an array of mediums and then onto further study. Her love of artistic endeavours followed her into motherhood, where nurturing her creativity has given her an understanding of the importance of self-care and finding time for your passions, and sharing these amidst our busy lives.

With a commitment to sustainability, Trixie sources only the best premium, non-toxic paper, which she then hand dyes in-house. Workshop attendees have access to these materials, and are empowered with the skills, tools, and inspiration to craft their own unique flowers, each departing with lasting keepsakes.

Trixie’s previous experience in the early childhood and primary school sector has fostered her desire to provide a nurturing environment for everyone on their creative journey, promoting a joyful community of like-minded individuals.
