Learn the art of resin doming in our Resin Doming Workshop. Create stunning jewellery pieces with flawless finishes using epoxy resin. Located in the vibrant heart of St Peters, our creative space invites you to explore the intricate process of resin doming, where epoxy resin transforms your pieces into glossy perfection.
In this workshop you will start by selecting the components for your final jewellery pieces, we have a wide range of shapes, colours and patterns with endless possible combinations to reflect your individual style.
Once selected you can further personalise some of our cleverly designed components using paint pens. With your final selection made we will teach you how to protect your shapes from resin overflows to ensure tidy backs on all your pieces.
Then, it's time to dive into the resin doming process, where you will elevate your creations to a flawless finish. If you've attended our Resin Jewellery workshop before, please feel free to bring along what you have previously made to dome alongside your new creations.
Your finished domed pieces will need to cure in place overnight so will need to collect these at a later time. You will have full access to our drilling and finishing station when you return to collect your pieces so that you can add holes and complete your pieces using our tools and jewellery findings to ensure a professional finish.
At Made By Me Workshop we believe craft is as much about creativity as it is about connection, in our workshops you have the opportunity to meet new friends, share a few stories, laugh with each other and simply enjoy some time out for yourself. We have coffee and tea making facilities as well as a few snacks to sustain you through the workshop but if you prefer barista-made coffee, you can grab one from Aslan Cafe, just a short stroll away.
This is a beginner friendly workshop with no previous experience or skills required. All that you need is an open mind and a sense of adventure! This workshop is not recommended for pregnant women or children under the age of 18 as chemicals are used.

We will provide everything you need to create up to 6 pairs of earrings or the equivalent jewellery pieces, the number of completed pieces will depend on the number of components you choose to put into each pair.

Everything you need will be provided including an apron to wear during the workshop - it can get a bit messy so don't dress to impress, if you get resin on your clothes or shoes it won't wash off.
