What you'll do
Join us for a fun and creative event to learn how to make cool polymer clay designs on beads.Who is this workshop for?This hands-on workshop is perfect for beginners. We encourage parents and guardians to work with kiddos to make some epic bead combos.I will discuss different types of polymer clay and teach you how to create different patterns and effects. You will then make a set of beads to take home.There are over 20 colours to choose from so the possibilities are endless!Making friendsTowards the end of the workshop, I ask those who would like to participate, to display extra beads they would like to gift to others, and also the chance for you to swap beads and take them home. This part is completely optional but is a lovely way to meet new people and share your work (adults included and if you or the kiddos click, swap details!)What is included?
- All materials and instructions
- Most people create 8-10 beads and you also have a chance to swap beads with new friends
- We will have cool drinks and tea and coffee available on the day.

My name is Kirsten. I live in Brisbane, Australia with my husband, daughter and Peanut, our sausage dog. I created Crafternoons with Kirst to give people in my community a chance to create in a non-judgmental, fun space while connecting with their inner artist through play and collaborating with friends. I have a background in Project Management and Communication and use these skills to host fun and engaging workshops but I also LOVE creating and want to pass this passion on.
