What you'll do
Are you in search of a unique hand-building and pottery painting experience on the Gold Coast? Join our engaging two-hour workshop where you'll discover the art of crafting and adorning your very own "keep cups" or takeaway mugs using liquid clay!For this relaxing pottery class, we have a wide variety of molds and coloured liquid clay.During this workshop, you will decorate & carve two beautiful cups each and enjoy the fascinating technique of Slip Cast, creating molded cups from liquid clay—an unexpectedly gratifying process you're sure to adore.By the end of the session, you will have handcrafted two unique cups from scratch, making them ideal sustainable gift options for your loved ones.For your convenience, silicone lids will be provided for cups that are compatible with a 9cm lip (please note that variations in clay behavior and firing may affect lid fit for some cups and the 9cm lid may not fit every cup).All clay materials will be provided for this class.Your pieces will be carefully glazed and fired and will be ready for collection in 2 1/2 weeks.
