At this hands-on class, we'll share our passion for the Mediterranean diet with these incredible Moroccan flavours. It’s an absolute privilege to bring these recipes to life with our plant-based spin.
This class is ideal for someone simply looking to add more plant-based meals to the table. And if you love Moroccan flavours, and aren’t plant-based, we promise you won’t even miss the meat in the full-bodied, packed with flavour recipes.
What's on the menu?- Spiced roasted cauliflower salad, served on a bed of hummus and topped with almonds.
- Roast carrots served with baba ganoush.
- Israeli couscous salad with roast vegetables.
- Eggplant and chickpea tomato stew.
- Homemade flatbread.
Wholesome Bellies’ classes are for all levels as all recipes are simple, using only a few key ingredients.
Classes are very personal and run by Fiona at our new venue at Woolloongabba. We take things slow, we have an absolute ball and then sit down to a relaxed light lunch (made by Wholesome Bellies). You’ll leave the class with a full tummy and a full heart.
