What you'll do
Join us for a hand building class in Adelaide at Rose Park Primary School, recommended for students in years 3-6 but all school age children are welcome! No prior experience necessary. In this fun and flexible workshop, kids can play and create with clay. As a primary school teacher, Ali is the perfect host for young potters. She will demonstrate the pinching and coiling techniques and then kids can unleash their creativity by making a small bowl and a second piece of their choice. Adult supervision is not required but parents are welcome to stay and assist their child.After the class, the pieces will be dried, glazed and fired. We will let you know when your pieces are ready for collection.
