To help you repeat the Georgie Bass experience at home we are running a series of hands-on cooking classes that will inspire you to challenge yourself in the kitchen. Led by our industry leading chefs and cooked with premium Miele equipment, these classes cater for a maximum of 12 people, ensuring you receive personalised tuition throughout each class. We cater for all levels of experience, however if you do view yourself as a master chef in your own right, then perhaps look at some of our more complex classes!

Like us, Miele loves local. They have formed a very special partnership with us and kindly sponsored the Georgie Bass cookery with an incredible range of their superior appliances. What a great experience it was to cook delicious French food along with a great chef and after that to sit together with other people with lots of laughter and great wine. Our entrée was Escabeche of freshwater trout with remoulade style salad, a heavenly mouthwatering dish. After that, for the main meal we cooked smoked, crispy skin roasted duck with cassoulet made with lots of flavoursome vegies, herbs and spices and locally made Toulouse sausages. After the first bite there was a minute of silence, and afterwards all we could hear everyone continuously saying "mmmmm, mmmmmm" with every bite they had. It was absolutely delicious!
For dessert we made the most delicious Apple Tarte Tatin.
What a great experience! Thank you chef, and other staff who were all there to make our experience amazing!
