From Mount Martha mussels to Main Ridge cheeses to produce from our own kitchen garden, this class will highlight the benefits of utilising seasonal produce with a focus on the best ingredients that the Mornington Peninsula has to offer.
Whether you're a complete beginner or have some cooking experience, this class is open to all levels of experience, and your teacher will guide you every step of the way.
By the end of the class, you can sit down and enjoy the meal along with your fellow classmates and discuss what you enjoyed and could improve on. Drinks can be purchased for an extra charge to accompany dinner.
Please advise of any dietary requirements on booking - we cannot always cater to dairy/lactose-free, gluten-free, or vegan.
