Learn the art of cooking one of the world's oldest cuisines.In this hands-on class, we will cover improving your knife skills, classical French cooking techniques (more than just adding butter to everything) and how to orchestrate your next dinner party so all of the food is hot and ready to serve at the same time.Whether you're a complete beginner or have some cooking experience, this class is open to all levels of experience and your teacher will guide you every step of the way. By the end of the class, you can sit down and enjoy the meal along with your fellow classmates and discuss what you enjoyed and could improve on. Drinks can be purchased for an extra charge to accompany dinner.

To help you repeat the Georgie Bass experience at home we are running a series of hands-on cooking classes that will inspire you to challenge yourself in the kitchen. Led by our industry leading chefs and cooked with premium Miele equipment, these classes cater for a maximum of 12 people, ensuring you receive personalised tuition throughout each class. We cater for all levels of experience, however if you do view yourself as a master chef in your own right, then perhaps look at some of our more complex classes!Like us, Miele loves local.
