Sweet, sour, bitter, spicy, salty, and umami!Join us to gain an understanding of Thai ingredients, flavours, and techniques. In this class, you will learn how to prep and plate up stunning and flavoursome Thai dishes.Whether you're a complete beginner or have some cooking experience, this class is open to all levels of experience, and your teacher will guide you every step of the way.By the end of the class, you can sit down and enjoy the meal along with your fellow classmates and discuss what you enjoyed and could improve on. To help you repeat the Georgie Bass experience at home we are running a series of hands-on cooking classes that will inspire you to challenge yourself in the kitchen. Led by our industry leading chefs and cooked with premium Miele equipment, these classes cater for a maximum of 12 people, ensuring you receive personalised tuition throughout each class.
